On June 27th, 2025, Tessera’s team organized a free online webinar, aiming to present the modern application, 4techman. The webinar attracted the interest of professionals from sectors such as elevator installation and maintenance companies, construction firms, cleaning and pest control companies, as well as other businesses operating in the field of technical services. Participants had the opportunity to get an initial overview of the overall user experience and to ask questions directly to the development team.

What was presented during the Webinar

The presentation began with a general introduction, during which the core needs addressed by 4techman were outlined, along with the ways it can support the daily task management of technicians, regardless of the sector which each organization operates.

The application consists of two main interfaces:

• A mobile application for technicians or field employees, available on Android and iOS, which allows immediate access to the daily schedule activity logging, and continuous communication with the team.
• A web application, designed for managers/coordinators of the teams, offering features for assigning, monitoring, and organizing tasks.

New version 1.10.0

Special attention was given to the recent upgrade of the application to version 1.10.0, which introduced a wide range of new features and improvements. Some of the key updates include:

• Push notifications support.
• A personalized calendar section, allowing technicians to organize their daily tasks.
• The addition of templates for reusable tasks, materials, and tools.

Live demo

A live demonstration of the application followed, during which various use case scenarios were presented. Participants had the opportunity to see the user interface in action, along with the sections and subsections of both the web and mobile applications.
