It is a system, which is addressed to a wide range of companies which have field-based workers who repair faults in the field (field service management). Its main function is project management, in which the company’s workers – technicians are employed daily.
4techman is intended, for example, for:
Companies that maintain or support air conditioning systems, elevators, oil or natural gas boilers.
Technical and construction companies.
Companies with employees who work in the field repairing various faults. These may include plumbers, electricians, refrigeration technicians, etc.
Cleaning, pest control, and disinfection companies.
Companies with a service department that provides technical support or repairs at third-party locations.
Companies working in maintenance, care, or garden construction.
Car repair workshops.
Companies with employees who visit customers, including sales representatives or delivery personnel.
Through the mobile application, the technician receives their daily tasks and can record any relevant information (such as time spent, parts used, etc.). The recorded information is sent to the web application, which consolidates data from all technicians, providing an overall view of each employee’s work.

Each user is allocated 500 MB of storage space. This space can be increased upon the customer’s request for an additional fee.
