1) Login & Overview
When you log into the Web application, the "Dashboard" page presents summarized information such as recent tasks, projects by status, and latest comments — giving you an instant view of your company’s current activity.
2) Basic data setup
From the "Clients", "Projects", and "Tasks" menus, you can register clients, create projects, and add tasks. For recurring workflows, use "Blueprints". (The menus and sections are available in the navigation bar of the Web application.)
3) Scheduling & Monitoring in the calendar
The "Calendar" displays tasks by month, week, and day, showing their scheduled times and visually distinguishing their status for a clear view of workload.
4) Task documentation
Use "Comments" and "Files" within tasks so that all actions and related materials remain available in their view and history. (These sections are accessible from the Web application menus.)
5) Time logging & Analysis
In "Task time tracking", you can view all entries, search or sort them, and export data to HTML, CSV, or Excel based on current filters. Similarly, in "Time cards", the same functions apply for time tracking and staff activity.
